- All prices exclude GST
- Senior Discount applies to 60 years and over*
- No jargon, no hidden fees — just friendly, reliable support
- Long‑distance fees apply outside the standard 25km service radius
- First hour (60 minutes) minimum charge, time billed at 15 minute increments thereafter
- In-home/Onsite Support invoice due in-full at conclusion of service
- Procurement Services quote will be provided ahead of payment, once agreed a 50% deposite is required to initate the service
